1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibes Syndicate. Events involve alcoholic beverages brought by attendees ("BYOD"). By signing up you confirm you meet this age requirement.
2. The Platform
Vibes Syndicate connects hosts and attendees for social events. We do not sell, supply or serve alcohol. Hosts and attendees are solely responsible for the legality and safety of what they bring or consume.
3. Hosting Events
Hosts agree to provide accurate event details, comply with venue rules and local laws, and treat attendees with respect. We reserve the right to remove events that violate these terms.
4. Tickets & Payments
Tickets are non-refundable unless the host cancels the event. VAT of 6.5% applies to all paid tickets. Earnings from referrals and event revenue are paid out via the wallet system after admin approval.
5. Code of Conduct
No harassment, hate speech, underage drinking, or illegal substances. Violations result in account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
6. Liability
Vibes Syndicate is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or alcohol-related incidents at events. Drink responsibly. Don't drink and drive.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law without prior notice.
